• Shipping: Costs are based on package size, weight, and destination. A final shipping cost appears at checkout.

• Processing Time: Most items ship within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders after 11 AM EST ship the next business day.
IMPORTANT: Claims for missing or damaged shipments must be made within 3 business days of delivery.
• Warranty: Covers manufacturer defects only.
• Returns: May be subject to a restocking fee.
• Lost or Delayed Shipments: We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages after they leave our facility. All shipping times are carrier estimates unless guaranteed delivery is arranged.
• Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders over $99 (after discounts). Restrictions apply; cheapest method used; will not exceed $35 shipping charge.
